Onay and his staff really undersatnd my hair and amazing current styles. Every time I walk out of the salon I feel like million dollars. I'd never trade them for any other salon. Fabulous! |

I phoned the salon one afternoon hoping to get appointment and was pleased when the guy on the other end said yes we can fit you in! On arriving at Lounge I was escorted to the seating area and my coat was taken and hung up, i was offered beverages by the junior which was lovely, staff were very friendly and welcoming as i was very nervous as it was my first visit. Onay was fab, he transformed my hair! my hair is so versatile now, i can wear it up, straight, curly, or messed up funky(for the outgoing girl in me) I will definately be visiting the salon again. Thank you Onay and girls. |

I can't thank Onay and Cathy enough for all their help. I made a terrible mistake and tried bleaching my hair at home I was aiming for a nice Scandanivan Blonde and ended up a horrible Scottish orange. I was gutted. I had a few consultations before making an appointment. I was originally told they were unable to colour my hair due to the damage and when a test was done, my hair came out pink so following their advice I bought a treatment conditioner and used this intensively. Eventually after much treatment I was able to colour my hair again and they have worked magic on the horrible mistake I made. I went in looking like Worsel Gummage and came out looking like Chalize Theron (Well I wished but you get the picture!!!)
